Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Celebration Evening

Over the last year, a group of our Year 9 and 10 students embarked on their Duke of Edinburgh’s Bronze (Year 9) or Silver (Year 10) award. Over 12 months, they completed a huge amount of work to complete the requirements of the award.

Last night, we held a celebration evening to present the students with their awards, share stories and photos from the expeditions and celebrate their success.

Well done to all students on achieving their awards and adding to their Longdendale Legacy. We would like to thank all families for their support. Thanks also to the DofE staff team for making it possible to offer this fantastic experience to our students.
